Parts and Smarts (Shop,Submittals, and Equipment)

Parts & Smarts refers to PFA providing Shop Drawings, Submittal Documents, Fire Alarm Equipment and Programming. In this type of contract the costumer or general contractor is responsible for the hire of an electrical contractor to complete the installation of the system. The electrical contractor is responsible for all materials and labor needed to perform the installation. Material needed from the electrical contractor includes but is not limited to wire, EMT/conduit, fittings, back boxes, junction boxes, terminal cans, phone lines, supplying power, etc.
